What if I'm interested in being on an Abbey committee?
We have various committees such as Annual Meeting, Nominations, and Supervisory/Audit, that members are eligible to serve on. I have a new PIN number, how important is it?
For your security never leave your PIN number with your VISA or ATM card. It is best to keep them in separate places.

Should I give my Debit Card or Checking Account Number out over the phone?
Your debit card and checking account numbers should not be given out over the phone. These transactions are done electronically and we can't help you reverse the transactions if you change your mind later.

When am I able to do transactions to my IRA Account?
IRA transactions are available Monday through Friday and on Saturday by appointment. You can call to make an appointment at 937-898-7800 or 800-546-8882.

Can I speed up my teller transactions?
For faster service and account protection please write your account number on the back of all checks before presenting them to a teller. Doing this helps speed along the process.

How long do I have to activate my reissued Visa Card?
Please activate your reissued VISA card within 6 months from date of issue or else the card will be automatically deactivated and cannot be used without further assistance.

Does my Auto Insurance cover me financially?
If you think your auto insurance covers you financially...think again! You May Need: Guaranteed Auto Protection Plus. This GAP coverage pays the difference between the actual cash value of your vehicle and the loan balance, if your vehicle is deemed a total loss due to an accident or theft.
